Ms. Mills is the Office Manager for the Yuma location. She is a native of the Quechan Reservation and an enrolled member as well. Ms. Mills has worked in the Mental Health and Social Services field for more than 2 years with Adults and Elders. She currently has an AA in Business Management/Accounting with certificates in MA as well as Phlebotomy. Ms. Mills has worked in the medical field for more than 17 years with the love of helping people. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and enjoying time with family and her grandkids. She loves collaborating with her community as well volunteering for community events. Additionally, she sits on the Higher Education Board.
Ana Aleman is an Administrative Assistant at Trinity Care Services, at the Yuma location. Ms. Aleman is a Special Education Paraprofessional and she just got certified to be a phlebotomist. Her working experience includes working with behaviors with pupils from K-12 and now here at Trinity she has the opportunity to apply my skills. She has a strong sense of organization that I she utilizes on a daily basis at work and she has a strong work ethic. One of her hobbies is swimming and being a track & field coach. Ms. Aleman is very passionate on supporting our youth in sports. She enjoys traveling and spending as much time as possible at the beach. She loves reading and watching the suspense genre and psychological thrillers. An interesting fact about Ms. Aleman is that she lives in California and travels to Arizona everyday to help ensure that the best service is being provided to clients served at the agency.
Ms. Garris is a Yuma native who is passionate about her community. Ms. Garris carries this passion through the front doors of Trinity Care Services every day. She is always looking for ways to uplift and encourage members in moving forward, Ms. Garris's motivation is rooted in her involvement with close family members and their struggles with addiction as well as her own personal experiences with life altering situations. Ms. Garris is excited to progress with her clients on their journey.
A member of the Quechan Indian Tribe and current counselor for Trinity Care Services-Yuma location. Ms. Kelly graduated from International Institute of the Americas in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and went on to use her management degree in the gaming industry. Working 5 years in the human resources field, Ms. Kelly excelled in her department and received recognition as a valued employee. Ms. Kelly changed her profession and began her social work career starting out as a social services receptionist for the Quechan Department of Social Services. She then moved up the ladder to Social Services Clerk and finally as an Indian Child Welfare Act Assistant in the Child Welfare Division. Ms. Kelly became a worker for the children of her tribe and was their voice. Considered an officer of the Quechan Tribal Court, she advocated for families and the preservation of the family unit through her position and her office. When her time ended at Quechan Department of Social Services-Child Welfare Division, she went on to be a Director at Paradise Child Care Center. Although her time was short there, she made headway with her staff, she revamped the program and implemented up to date practices and procedures.
After a short while away from social work, Ms. Kelly found herself wanting to go back into the field that made her feel the most fulfilled and began searching for an opportunity that would allow her to use her skill set, education, and experience .Erica became a part of the Trinity Care Services-Yuma team since September 2022. She has created a rapport with the clients and maintains their needs with delicacy and care and will continue to remain an advocate for the people who need a voice.
Ms. Florez was born and raised in Yuma. She has over 15 years of experience working with the general public. In 2021 she graduated from the University of Arizona Global Campus with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science. Through her own personal experiences and college courses, Ms. Florez has dedicated her life to becoming a mental health advocate for those who can't speak for themselves.
